## Who we are

## The platform we use

This site is built on Boost Fitness, a coaching platform that hosts the website and processes data on our behalf as a data processor. Boost Fitness only processes your information under our instructions to provide the services described here.

## Information we collect

### Site visitors

When you browse this site we collect limited usage information, such as the pages you view and technical details about your device and browser. Cookies are only used as described in our [cookie policy](https://fitness.audox.co.uk/legal/cookie-policy).

### Enquiries and sign-ups

If you contact us, sign up for a course or programme, or make a purchase, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and phone number.

### Coaching clients

If you become a coaching client with a member account, we also process the health and fitness information you choose to share as part of your coaching — such as workouts, body weight and measurements, nutrition logs, check-in responses, and progress photos. Because this can reveal information about your health, it is special category data under UK data protection law. We process it only with your explicit consent, given when you share it as part of the coaching relationship, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

- To deliver coaching services, programmes, and content you've signed up for
- To respond to enquiries and messages
- To take payments and manage your purchases
- To send service emails about your account or purchases
- To measure and improve how the site is used

- **Email delivery providers** — to send service emails on our behalf
- **Meta** — advertising measurement, only where you have allowed marketing cookies

## International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

## How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us or as long as needed for the purposes above, and delete it when it's no longer required or when you ask us to.
